Quest, along with Goldfish & Bay, is excited to provide hydraulic design for Hale’s multi-level industrial development at 6 Grand Avenue, Rosehill. It features a 500kW solar PV system, EV charging stations, and a 4-Star Green Star rating. We focus on creating systems that prioritize water efficiency, energy conservation, and sustainable materials. For this project, our hydraulic solutions include rainwater reuse, optimized hot and cold-water services, and efficient stormwater management. 

Our engineering contributions to Centric Business Park focused on delivering functionality and efficiency. Along with Goldfish& Bay, we developed hydraulic systems for reliable water supply and drainage, tailored climate control systems, and robust electrical power distribution networks to support energy-intensive operations. Safety was also prioritized with advanced fire systems designed to exceed industry standards, ensuring both protection and smooth operation.

Quest is excited to collaborate with Goldfish & Bay on the innovative Westlink Industry Park in Kemps Creek, NSW, developed by ESR Australia & NZ for Toll Group. This 62-hectare project is setting new standards in industrial development through advanced technology and sustainable design. 

We provided specialized hydraulic systems to ensure efficient water management, supporting both the operational and environmental goals of the project. 

 The PUNCHBOWL Multi-Level Logistics Estate is a key development in Sydney’s evolving industrial sector. This A-Grade warehouse will enhance Sydney’s logistics capabilities with well-designed infrastructure. The project is aiming for a 4-Star Green Star Rating, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and functionality to meet the increasing demand for warehousing space.
