 Collaborating with Goldfish & Bay, we are providing engineering design services for MACQUARIE RISE, a mixed-use development by TOGA, with architecture by TURNER STUDIO. 

As part of Morling College’s master plan, Macquarie Rise will feature 268 premium apartments across three towers, along with retail spaces, communal areas, and a public plaza. The project addresses Sydney’s housing needs while contributing to educational and social impact, with profits supporting programs for teachers, chaplains, and community leaders.

 Deicorp's HIGHLINE WESTMEAD is a notable development that continues to impact its community long after completion. Designed by TURNER STUDIO, it blends Westmead’s heritage with modern apartment living. The lower-rise brick buildings honor the area's history, while the light-filled apartments set among landscaped terraces offer contemporary living. 

In collaboration with Goldfish & Bay, we provided Hydraulic and Fire engineering services for this project.

Quest is excited to contribute engineering design to FERNY GROVE CENTRAL, a mixed-use development in Brisbane’s north-west. Led by Honeycombes Property Group and MaxCap, this project combines retail, residential, and transport infrastructure, offering enhanced convenience and connectivity. Hand in hand, Quest & Goldfish delivered engineering design solutions that improve the development’s functionality and sustainability, focusing on efficient water management and hydraulic performance.

Quest is excited to be involved in CIELO, a 30-story development designed by the award-winning Studio.SC. This high-rise project represents a perfect blend of engineering precision and innovative design, making a significant impact on the area's skyline and urban landscape.

We collaborated with Goldfish & Bay to provide hydraulic systems tailored for this 30-level residential tower, which includes 211 residences. Our work covered water distribution, stormwater drainage, water reuse systems, natural gas infrastructure, and essential fire safety features like fire hose reels and fire collar setouts. 

 Quest is proud to have contributed to the Royal Tulip Hotel, a landmark project featuring iconic architecture that enhances the surrounding urban landscape. Our team at Quest collaborated with Agostine & Raphael Group to deliver architectural design and functional interior spaces that leave visitors amazed. Designed to stand out, the Royal Tulip Hotel features a distinctive architectural presence with innovative design elements that make it a memorable addition to the area. Its modern aesthetic and strategic location ensure it becomes a central hub for both visitors and the local community.

 THE PAVILION, located in Sydney’s southern suburbs, is a transformative development by Conquest™ that will introduce 130 modern apartments, a full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, and specialty retail spaces to President Avenue, creating a dynamic new destination in Caringbah.
