We helped Goldfish & Bay to provide comprehensive building design services, including fire safety, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

 Quest is excited to be partnering with Goldfish & Bayon on the Erskineville Village redevelopment. Central to the precinct is a wide, tree-lined pedestrian pathway, designed to encourage community interaction and enhance walkability. The award-winning design by BVN Architecture aims to build a cohesive neighborhood grounded in both purpose and place. Our contribution to the project involved ensuring the smooth integration of building services along Goldfish & Bay, creating a seamless and efficient infrastructure. 

 Arcadia worked alongside Group GSA and Deicorp from the initial design phase through to the completion of the Proximity Rouse Hill Apartments, contributing bespoke facade features. The apartments feature Zest® facade battens, Muse® perforated screens, and Spur® fixed louvres, enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we partnered with Goldfish & Bay to provide engineering services for this project.

 For a residential complex nestled in the suburbs of Beirut, we designed the exterior to harmonize with the serene beauty of the surrounding pine trees. The architecture embraces natural elements, blending seamlessly with the landscape to create a tranquil and harmonious atmosphere. Every aspect of the exterior design was carefully crafted by our team, ensuring that the building's aesthetics reflect the peaceful ambiance needed.

 The Mason is an exclusive apartment complex located in Belfield, within the Strathfield council area, spanning a prime piece of real estate. Goldfish and Bay was appointed to produce the construction documentation for the project. It has been a rewarding experience collaborating with them, which has greatly contributed to our expertise. 

 For our interior design project The Dental Polyclinic, we were responsible for all aspects of the interior design, creating a soothing and welcoming environment for patients. The space features a relaxing color palette, combining soft neutrals and calming hues that promote tranquility and reduce stress. Every detail was carefully curated to blend both functionality and serene aesthetics.
